Shamanic counseling

Shamanic counseling blends ancient shamanic principles in a traditional counseling setting. The goal of Shamanic counseling is to harmonize mind, body and spirit with environment.  During a shamanic exercise you may experience insight immediately or it may strike you when the time is right. The traditional format will help you set the intent before the shamanic exercise and help you integrate the insight afterwards.  

   

Shamanism

Shaman is a Siberian word referring to a person who enters the imperceptible to get help. Shamanism is the oldest form of mind/body healing known to humanity. Shamanism began 40,000 years ago when our ancient ancestors, discovered how to maximize the human abilities of mind and spirit for healing and problem solving.
